**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. Your role will enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to the company’s digital assets, and generate quality leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize content for websites and social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess ROI and improve campaigns
- Manage and update the company website using CMS (e.g., WordPress)
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency
- Conduct market research and stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities
- Run PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and manage ad budgets
- Develop strategies to increase online traffic and conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with video editing tools
- Familiarity with marketing AI tools

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
