**Job Title**: Freelance FrameMaker Expert
**Location**: Remote
**Type**: Freelance / Contract
**Duration**: Project-based / Ongoing (depending on project requirements)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, format, and design technical documentation in Adobe FrameMaker, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Structure content using FrameMaker's built-in tools (e.g., paragraph styles, table of contents, cross-references) to ensure a professional and organized output.
- Work with XML and DITA (if applicable) for document management and version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve formatting, layout, and technical issues within FrameMaker.
- Ensure documentation meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to document structure and layout for enhanced readability and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Adobe FrameMaker, including advanced features (e.g., templates, structured authoring, complex formatting).
- Strong understanding of XML, DITA, and other documentation frameworks (preferred).
- Experience in creating and managing large and complex documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with teams remotely.
- Experience in technical writing or familiarity with technical content is highly desirable.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work in FrameMaker is preferred.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of other authoring tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, InDesign).
- Familiarity with version control systems and documentation management platforms.
- Experience with multi-language and localization processes for documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 32 months

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only
