**Job Summary**:
As a Commis 1, you will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with the established menu and standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that high-quality food is consistently delivered while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Assist in checking and managing stock levels.
- Properly store and label food items to prevent waste and spoilage.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Support the kitchen team in daily operations and service.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities provided by the kitchen management.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain a focus on producing high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience working in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
