Position - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager : Dispatch Planning
Reporting to - CTO
Location - GIDC, Nadesari, Baroda
Years of experience - 7 to 10 years
Job Profile
- To bridge between Sales and Production departments, and ensure the timely dispatch with the end to end control of the entire process.
- Dispatch the Timely dispatch of FG as per the laid down packing and dispatch procedures and instructions and documentations.
- Coordinating with Order Processing Department and production for smooth and proper timely dispatches.
- Allocation of work, Training and development of persons working in the packing and dispatch.
- Developing and implementing procedures in the area of dispatch.
- Organizing the timely dispatch of documents to customer.
- Controlling Incoming and outgoing material in the factory.
- Solve the problem regarding Dispatch or Material at the end of Party end or Transporter end.
- Ensure smooth functioning of warehouse by way of timely inward and outward movement.
- Ensure the smooth dispatches of F.G according to delivery schedule of customer.
- Physical stock verification monthly/quarterly/half yearly and yearly in Company.
- Developing & maintaining efficient, cost effective Transport Services providers.
- Maintain dispatch records, reports for reference. MIS reporting to management on dispatch.
- Generation of daily production plan for assembly in line with monthly production plan.
- Solutions to scheduling problems and synchronizes production & materials with demand.
- Oversees and ensures proper production control, planning and scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts and to balance the level of manpower and machine capacities.
- Co-ordinate production through various departments / sections & ensure that production targets are achieved with regards to both quantity and quality.
- Ensure Production schedule and execution of production plan for on time delivery and maintain service levels.
- Investigates and solves problems resulting from material shortages, however caused.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
