Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with concentration in software; or equivalent knowledge in the areas of software engineering (software requirements analysis, software design, software testing) desired.
- At least 4-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a Product company(preferably), where scrum master has simultaneously worked on continuation/sustenance projects or new product design projects involving cross functional teams like Hardware, Firmware, Software, Mechanical, Certification and others.
- Certified as Scrum Master.
- Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Development/Test, or other related role
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Agile development environment
- In depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques is preferred
- Experience as a scrum master (with certification) and/or Agile coach is preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Certification as Agile Coach is a plus
- Knowledge of, or experience with Rockwell Automation products or other industrial control equipment is preferred
