**Job Description** Office Facility Management**:
- Managing the Office Facility
- Liaison with Existing Vendor, Government Bodies Like AMC, Torrent Power to ensure smooth utility operations.
**Transportation & Travel arrangement**:
- Organized travel logistics for internal employees travelling from other cities.
- Daily Cab travel arrangement and deployment of staff in cabs as per the routes and location of the employees.
- Coordination with the service provider on daily basis to resolve the issues, ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, addressing and resolving issues.
**Administration & Operations**
- Overseeing daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- Manage IT assets and records.
**Site Operation**:
- Visits to project sites twice in a week and ‘as and when necessary, the team secretary may extend their working from any of our site’to monitor operations and address staff concerns.
- Preparation of purchase order in D365 received from vendors., ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.
- Checking & certifying the subcontractors bill pertaining to the administration works, daily cab expenses.
**Senior Management Assistance**:
- Supporting senior management with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
**HR Support**:
- Assisting with engagement activities and onboarding checklists.
**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate will be preferred with relevant skills and experience.
