IADE Institute is seeking motivated Telecallers and Sales Executives to join our real estate division. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, introduce our real estate offerings, and facilitate the sales process. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective real estate clients to introduce our property listings and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals, ensuring timely communication.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored information about available properties.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update our database accordingly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation in the real estate market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
- Stay informed about property listings, pricing, and promotions to provide clients with accurate information.
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with a polite demeanor.
