- Responsible for organizing and supervising purchasing functions of the company
- Ensure cost effective purchase of all materials and services as required
- Managing daily activities in purchasing
- Studying the market to identify price trends and future availability of materials and goods
- Locating vendors
- Negotiating prices
- Design, plan and implement purchasing strategies.
- Track, measure and analyse company expenditures.
- Maintain a record of the balance material available on each site
- Provide weakly reports to the management regarding weakly purchases
- Creating monthly reports based on the expenses vs profit and reporting to the management
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Determine quality, quantity, and timing of deliveries
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Preparing requisitions and purchase orders
- Maintaining purchase records
- Communicate with the production and service teams
- Asses, manage, and mitigate risks

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
