Site Supervisor

Responsible to assign work order to labours
- Responsible to review the work progress on hourly basis and lead the team to achieve daily work target
- Responsible to analyse talent of the team members and assign the job to the right person for better output
- Site supervisor is responsible to maintain work order sheet
- Accountable for following and updating the schedule for the unit & ensure that the construction is happening as per plan
- Responsible for supervising and executing the construction plan as per the schedule
- Ensure that the payment for labours and materials are cleared from the office on a daily basis before 5.30pm
- In Digibiz there are 2 types of VD’s( visit days)

1. Compulsory VD

2. Regular VD

Site supervisor is responsible to provide 61 compulsory VD’s to the customer and he must visit once in 3 days as regular VD to ensure the customer satisfaction
- Maintain accuracy in material estimation provided from the HO before starting the project
- Responsible for implementing SOP in the work site to keep the discipline, professionalism, safety etc in place and as per the direction of the higher authority.
- Responsible for achieving time line target fixed by the organization
- Ensure that the labour management is done diligently in line with the culture of the organization
- Site supervisor is responsible to maintain site log book accurately
- Ensure that materials are being utilized as per plan
- Accuracy in labour management
- Responsible to control usage of materials as per method statement
- Responsible to accuracy maintain logbook and attendance register
- Site supervisor will be accountable for the differences in material that arise during the monthly site audit conducted by inventory executive
- Project manager need to specify the quality of raw materials in method statement
- Site engineer should educate the site supervisors about quality parameters followed for the project
- Site supervisor should evaluate the quality of products while receiving the stock
- Site supervisor should ensure the work quality by auditing the process atleast 3 times a day
- Responsible to ensure that the stock space planogram and tools are maintained as per SOP
- Responsible to submit labour report on daily basis before 9.30am and purchase bills to Accounts department before 3.30pm
- Responsible to submit daily time sheet to site engineer
- Prepare and maintain workers performance evaluation sheet and submit it into the site engineer.
- Prepare material usage details of every employees(daily wise)
- Responsible to attend weekly meeting on time with all the reports and documents demanded by top management
