Key Responsibilities:
**Implementing Quality Assurance in Logistics Operations. Implementing logistics quality assurance is all about setting high standards and making sure they are met every step of the way. It means not only expecting the best but also putting systems in place to achieve it consistently.**

**Quality Assurance**:

- Supervise and maintain quality standards for all manufactured products.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to meet customer requirements
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.

**Standards Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant certifications.
- Plan, implement, and oversee certification processes, including audits and renewals.
- Develop and update quality manuals, SOPs, and documentation to align with certification standards.
- **Process & System Implementation**:

- Establish and monitor systems and processes to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality practices and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality control into operations.
- Role:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- The QC person will need to develop excellent brand knowledge of the client(s) team that he/she is responsible for.
- Will need to possess the ability to comprehend Client requirements and job briefs.
- Will need to have understanding on Print Process and Specification.
- Will need to review fix the errors in the files produced by the operators against the brand guidelines and job brief; in order to ensure that the deliverables are of 100% quality for the end client.
- He/she will need to capture the errors/feedback type into the QC tracker.
- Ability to innovative and improvise better ways and means to deliver quality will be appreciated.
- The Quality Controller along with the QC Lead will need to be involved in providing corrective and preventive actions for any internal/external errors that originate.
- He/she will need to work with the Team Lead to answer any queries raised by the team internally or by the client
- Quality Controller will need to adhere to studio workflow processes and best practices in all day-to-day activities, and proactively offer process improvements and recommendations to the Team Lead.
- Proactively managing own workflow to consistently meet or exceed target efficiency and chargeability figures.
- Ensuring that the QC Lead is updated about projects at all stages, and advised of any additional time required well in advance to enable client approval to be sought.
- Ensure all time and materials are recorded accurately each day for all work handled.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
