**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and thank them for their visit at the point of sale.
- Provide a friendly and helpful demeanor throughout the transaction process, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued.
- Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance their shopping experience.

**Sales Transactions and Payment Processing**:

- Scan and process merchandise accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, and provide correct change when needed.
- Ensure the security of cash and payment information during and after transactions.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Familiarize yourself with the men's clothing products available in the store to assist customers with inquiries about sizes, colors, and styles.
- Collaborate with sales associates and other team members to stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new arrivals.

**Order and Stock Management**:

- Assist customers with special orders or inquiries related to product availability and lead times.
- Monitor and replenish basic store supplies, such as shopping bags and receipt paper, as needed.

**Customer Assistance and Issue Resolution**:

- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for customers.
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues to the store management as necessary.

**Store Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area and surrounding spaces to create a pleasant shopping environment.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other store staff to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Assist with other store tasks and responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (X years) as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of men's fashion trends and clothing products is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the store's operating schedule.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
