**Required Sales Officer for FMCG Manufacturing company.**

**Relevant Experience**:
Confectionery/FMCG/ Snacks/ experience as a Territory Sales Officer, Field Sales Executive, or similar role.

**Job Summary**

**Sales Officer Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and distribution targets.
- Actively participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure effective product placement, availability, and visibility in the market.
- Follow up with dealers/distributors for sales orders, payments, and stock movement.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in assigned regions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Monitor dealer/distributor performance and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Provide training and product knowledge sessions to channel partners.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports to the management team.
- Visit nearby towns/cities regularly to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Officer Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales positions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Good working knowledge of Computers ( MS office, Internet Etc.)
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and nearby towns
- Should be a team player
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate)
