**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, packaging, and branding projects.
- Design visually appealing content for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Edit and retouch product photos, promotional visuals, and campaign creatives.
- Prepare final design files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of **branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy**.
- Ability to create **motion graphics** and perform basic video editing (preferred).
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work both **independently** and **collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or diploma** in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience and freshers both are welcome to apply.
- Experience designing for **social media, marketing campaigns, and brand identity projects**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
