**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our educational institution. The Admission Counselor plays a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational journey. This role involves effective communication, understanding of academic programs, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Student Guidance**:

- Guide students in understanding the benefits and opportunities associated with the educational institution.
- **Application Processing**:

- **Interviews and Counseling**:

- Conduct admission interviews with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals.
- Offer counseling and guidance to address concerns or questions related to the admission process.
- **Outreach and Recruitment**:

- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop strategies for attracting prospective students.
- Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, and high school visits.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Address inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth admission process.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information in the admission database.
- Generate reports and statistics related to admissions for analysis and decision-making.
- **Financial Aid Assistance**:

- Provide information on financial aid options, scholarships, and tuition assistance programs.
- **Collaboration with Departments**:

- Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure a coordinated and student-centered approach to admissions.
- **Events and Orientation**:

- Assist in organizing and participating in admission events, orientation sessions, and open houses.
- Facilitate campus tours for prospective students and their families.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.**:

- **Experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related field is preferred.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**:

- **Understanding of academic programs and admission requirements.**:

- **Strong organizational and time-management skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Familiarity with CRM systems and admission software.**:

- **Empathy and patience in dealing with prospective students.**:

- **Knowledge of financial aid processes and scholarship programs.**:

- **Adaptability to evolving admission policies and procedures.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
