**Key Responsibilities**:

- Refine segments for precise ad targeting.
- Allocate budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
- Optimize campaigns with testing and retargeting strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on video ads.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Experience in A/B testing, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
