**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in-store, providing personalized styling advice and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our ethnic wear collections.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, fabrics, and designs in women's ethnic wear to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and displays are attractively presented.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and providing exceptional service to encourage repeat business.
- **Digital Sales**: Utilize phone, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms to reach out to potential and existing customers, providing virtual consultations and facilitating online sales.
- **Feedback Loop**: Collect and share customer feedback with the design and production teams to help improve our product offerings.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, specifically in women's ethnic wear.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers both in-person and through digital channels.
- **Fashion Acumen**: Strong understanding of women's ethnic wear trends, fabrics, and styling.
- **Customer Focus**: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in using sales software, WhatsApp Business, and other digital tools.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Fashion, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
