GMR Varalakshmi Foundation - the CSR arm of the GMR Group, for its flagship skilling program based in New Delhi is looking for Dynamic, Talented, and Eligible individual to fill up the position of Trainer - Excavator Operator at Center for Empowerment & Livelihoods (5 Star rated & NSDC accredited). The Centre serves as an epitome of Vocational training and has been recognized globally with features such as a State-of-the-art campus along with modern Labs and classrooms fully equipped with essential equipments necessary for creating a nurturing environment. It has been serving for more than a decade as a stronghold for the underprivileged and marginalized youths who remain deprived of mainstream education and the opportunity to succeed in life.

**Eligibility -**:

- Minimum 12th Pass with Dimploma/Degree in Hotel Management from a Recognized Institute with a minimum of 3 years of overall experience out of which 1 year should be in a training capacity.

**Core Skills Required -**:

- **Culinary Expertise**:

- Proficiently cook dishes from various international cuisines including Asian, European, Middle Eastern, and American, adapting techniques and flavors as needed.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of ingredients, cooking methods, and flavor profiles specific to different culinary traditions.
- Develop and refine recipes to meet menu requirements and evolving culinary trends.
- **Training and Development**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for trainees on various cooking techniques, knife skills, food safety practices, and proper recipe execution across multiple cuisines.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and mentorship to trainees, addressing individual learning needs and ensuring competency development.
- Monitor trainee progress, assess their skills, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Oversee the efficient flow of food preparation, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering ingredients and minimizing waste.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Culinary Education**: A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in a multi-cuisine kitchen environment.
- **Diverse Culinary Expertise**:Proven ability to cook a wide range of dishes from different cuisines with a strong understanding of authentic flavors and techniques.
- **Training Skills**:Excellent communication and instructional abilities to effectively train others in a kitchen setting.
- **Leadership Qualities**:Capability to lead and motivate a team of cooks, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Food Safety Certification**:Current food handler certification and knowledge of food safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the training and capacity building of trainees enrolled to ensure quality delivery of skill development programs using interactive, participative, and experiential methods.
- Mentor the trainees to continuously improve.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and refine content based on participant feedback and evolving industry needs.
- Delivering routine training sessions to ensure consistency, engagement, and learner-centered approaches.
- Collaborate with industry experts and employers to align training content with job market requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employability training, job market demands, and pedagogical techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all trainings, workshops, and program activities and produce detailed reports on training outcomes and best practices, and establish mechanisms for continuous feedback to improve training quality and relevance.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to the needs of Target audiences.
- Assess participants' skill levels and training needs to create customized learning pathways.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and formats to facilitate engaging training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
- Experience in developing training modules and content, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for helping others succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
