**REQUIREMENT OF Restaurant Trainer (HONEY & DOUGH)**

We are looking for Trainer with Hotel Management degree / diploma, having experience on the training 5 to 8 years to trained the casual dining/ fine dining restaurant staff. Prime responsibilities are:
- Preparing training module, prepare training program to train the restaurant staff.
- Training module on communication skills, behavior, serving, ordering etc.
- Also conduct on job training for new joining employees to become familiar with a restaurant operational procedures, policies and SOPS
- Trainer ensures that there is consistency across the brand when it comes to service, polices and procedures
- Recheck existing SOPS
- After training assessments and evaluate the success of training program.

Trainer from Fine dining, hotel can apply. Can join immediately.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
