Client Servicing Executive

An experienced Female client service executive is needed to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. The client service executive is responsible for collaborating with relevant departments to provide better client service and providing regular updates to management. Identifying new business opportunities through client referrals should also be one of your strengths.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Addressing the concerns of clients and resolving them
- Keeping an accurate record of all communications and details regarding clients
- Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients
- Professional and timely responses to client inquiries
- Providing clients with relevant information on the services offered by the company
- Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
- Drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions mentioned in the client service agreement
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or an industry-related field.
- Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.(Minimum 2 Yrs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A good command of English communication.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 per year
