We are currently seeking a SAA Expert to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role overview
- As Payments Tech Consultant - SWIFT alliance specialist, within the Banking Consulting Group, the person will be responsible for providing direction for the usage of SWIFT technologies within the Bank, and should be knowledgeable in SWIFT related technologies such as SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Alliance Gateway and Alliance Messaging Hub. In addition to that, person should be familiar with the installation, configuration, testing and support of the SWIFT infrastructure in the lower level environment, including software releases from SWIFT.

Role Responsibilities
- 5-8 years of Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain with a focus on SWIFT.
- Provide technical expertise to facilitate investigation of complex technical issues. Must be able to use technical knowledge to provide solutions to complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrated experience in SWIFT protocols.
- Responsible for SWIFT Application and SWIFT related Infrastructure Support.
- Expertise in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshoot and testing SWIFT products: SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFT Net Link.
- Responsible for end-to-end implementation of systems and solutions to support business.
- Collaborate with clients, Vendors and Partners during issues and support the lifecycle of incident.
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats (MT and ISO20022/MX).
- Good communication skills with ability to lead technical and SWIFT infrastructure related discussions with cross functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Engineering degree is preferred.
