**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **high-quality 3D visualizations** for interior and exterior architectural designs.
- Develop **photo-realistic renderings, walkthroughs, and animations** as needed.
- Interpret architectural drawings, mood boards, and material specifications to produce **accurate and detailed** 3D models.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Optimize rendering techniques to **enhance realism** and project efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest **3D rendering technologies and industry trends**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in 3D visualization for interiors and exteriors.
- Proficiency in **3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop**.
- Strong understanding of **materials, lighting, textures, and rendering techniques**.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity and attention to detail to achieve realistic outputs.
- Experience in creating **walkthroughs and animations** is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **Blender, Unreal Engine, or other rendering software** is an advantage..
- Ability to work independently and in a **collaborative team environment**.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
