**INTERIOR DESIGNER CUM ARCHITECT**
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and architectural plans using CAD software and 3D visualization tools.
- Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and material boards.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of design and construction, including space planning, lighting, color schemes, materials, and furnishings.

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
