**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Transactions**: Process and accurately record financial transactions, including purchase invoices, service invoices, expense booking (salary, employee benefits, etc.), and cash/bank payments and receipts, ensuring timely processing.
- **Inventory Transactions**: Accurately process and record inventory transactions, including inward, conversion, transfer, and outward movements of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- **Accounts Management**: Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable for employees and external service providers.
- **Inventory Control**: Implement and adhere to procedures for storing, updating records, and managing inventory. Coordinate with other departments (procurement, sales, production) to fulfill material and supply requests. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage from pests or other factors. Monitor stock levels, considering shelf life, packing dates, and expiry dates across various e-commerce warehouses.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, MIS reports, and other internal reports.
- **Internal Controls**: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- **Auditing**: Support internal and external audits.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial data, support, and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of experience in accounting.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred, SAP Business One HANA experience a plus), strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
