We have an excellent job opportunity for the post of Accounts & Finance - **Handling KRA for CFO position**

Experience : 9-10yrs

Location : Koparkhairane

Job Description:
1. As part of an executive management team, the Manager will interact with various members of a company, both senior and junior.

2. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

3. Providing strategic recommendations to the MD and members of the management team.

4. **Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial & accounting reporting**.

5. **Review & Submit the MIS Report on daily basis i.e., Cash Flow|Collections|Payables & Receivables if any other require. (Morning)**

**6. Review & Submit the MIS Report on Monthly Basis i.e., Shortage|Terminations|Sales|Rate Revision|Forecasting of Balances & Provisions|Profitability|Satutory & Taxation as well if any other require. (25th Day of every month)**

**7. Review & Submit the Financial Annual Budget at the end of month of financial year.**

**8. Leavy Payments|Bonus|Leaves payables tracking as per client.**

**9. Any Govt. notices related to any of the department, if its required payments, review and discuss with MD for further process.**

**10. **Reviewing all formal process of accounts, finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Administrations, Compliance, Purchase & Stores, IT related procedures

11. Performing risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments,Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. to manage an accounts department and overall finance as well.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
