The individual aims to enhance clients' social media reputation by creating high-quality posts that align with their authentic personality. Through online sources and research, they must understand clients' content, competitors, and potential markets. They must monitor social media performance, stay updated on industry trends, and make necessary changes based on client feedback and team lead suggestions. They should be familiar with basic terminology related to clients' industries and stay informed about major events and news. They will assist the team with daily tasks and provide monthly performance reports and LinkedIn analytics.
