Job Title: Retail Sales Associate / Fashion Stylist

Location: Central Bangalore

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers and help them select products
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
- Respond to customer questions and direct them to appropriate racks and counters
- Provide personalized customer service and ensure an outstanding retail experience
- Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor product availability levels and replenish stocks for availability at all times
- Develop business generation and upsell ideas to drive higher sales
- Collect feedback and capture data from customer visits
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
- Process payments and alert management of potential security issues
- Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Coordinate and follow-up with the tailoring unit to maintain delivery timelines
- Keep clientele informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to meet sales goals and understand customer needs
- A passion for fashion and clothing, with product knowledge
- Strong people skills and ability to work in a team
- High energy level and dependability
- Basic math skills and verbal communication
- Job knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Soft skills and people management experience is a plus

Remuneration: ₹16,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
