Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads to introduce our company and available properties.

Answer inbound inquiries from potential clients, understand their needs, and provide them with relevant property information.

Schedule appointments for property viewings with sales representatives.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.

Follow up with leads to gauge their interest and answer any further questions.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Personal Qualities Desired:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or a similar customer service role.

Proven ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients over the phone.

Pleasant, clear and confident speaking voice with Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken).

Strong understanding of basic real estate terminology a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
