This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property surveys and leasing space exploration.

**Job Role**: Property Sourcing Surveyor [Intern]
**Duration**: 3-12 Months Internship

**Location**: Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, and nearby areas within a 30-kilometer radius.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property surveys to explore potential leasing spaces in the specified regions.
- Utilize two-wheelers for efficient property visits and inspections.
- Gather relevant property data, including photographs, measurements, and essential details.
- Collaborate with the team to report on potential leasing opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation of surveyed properties.
- Coordinate and liaise with property owners, fostering positive relationships.
- Engage in regular communication to provide updates on property sourcing progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent, preferably in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for real estate.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Ability to extensively travel within a 30-kilometer radius of Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali.
- Interest in civil real estate, startup culture, innovation, and creativity highly desirable.
