**JOB DESCRIPTION - ARCHITECT BACKEND SUPPORT (Overseas)**

1. Designing and drafting houses according to Australian Standards

2. Coordination with the client regarding the design and color selection of the house and make changes, as necessary.

3. Review plans, elevations, sections, and construction detail drawings prepared by the

Australian Architectural Team and work towards developing the designs, making changes when needed.

7. Material selection for interiors of the houses as per the client’s requirements and inclusions of the house

8. Preparing mood boards, concepts, and visuals of the house to pitch the project's gist to the client.

9. Preparing 3D models, renders, and concept models of various projects for:

- Visualizing the space
- Marketing purposes

10. Preparing 2D graphics for marketing brochures and company portfolio

11. Preparing PowerPoint presentations for reviewing the concepts, materials, inclusions, etc. with the team and the client.

13. Learning about the councils, developers, and building surveyors and communicating with them to complete the permit process

14. Maintaining Excel sheets for property status, compliances, suppliers, client contacts, etc

15. Learning and operating InSimplify software for the entire company and handling the admin side of it

**SKILLS REQUIRED**

1. AutoCAD

2. Sketch Up

3. 3D rendering softwares like VRay, Lumion, 3D Max

4. 2D graphics softwares like Photoshop, Adobe Indesign

5. MS Office

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
