**Job Title: Accounts and Finance Executive**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Experience**: 5+ Years

**Reports to**: Finance Manager / CFO

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other tax filings.
- Process employee reimbursements and payroll data when needed.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP) to manage and record transactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- Exposure to financial modeling and analysis
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Compensation**: Based on experience and qualification.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
