The Room Attendant performs routine tasks to clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms, under the guidance of the housekeeping supervisor. This role promotes a welcoming image of the property, ensuring that guests feel valued and comfortable. A successful Room Attendant is pleasant, honest, and friendly, with the ability to handle guest requests and address any issues professionally.

**Room Attendant General Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Prepare guest rooms for cleaning upon entry.
- Make beds neatly and efficiently.
- Dust all room surfaces and furniture.
- Restock guestroom and bathroom supplies.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly.
- Tidy and organize closets.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Inspect and secure rooms after cleaning.
- Restock amenities according to standards.
- Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
- Ensure the security and privacy of guest rooms.
- Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., steam cleaning carpets, spring cleaning).
- Clean guest bathrooms, bedrooms, and floor corridors.
- Replenish complimentary bottled water for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned work area.
- Safeguard hotel property within the work area.
- Provide turndown services when required.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
