**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate milling machines to perform cutting, drilling, and shaping operations.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Interpret **engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and technical specifications**.
- **Workpiece Setup**: Align and secure workpieces using clamps, vices, and fixtures.
- **Tool Selection**: Choose appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
- **Quality Inspection**: Use **micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools** to ensure accuracy.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and correct machining defects or dimensional errors.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine checks and maintenance on milling machines.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** in manual/conventional milling machine operation.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of machining parameters, cutting tools, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality output.
