Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Turn mill machine operator at ROSS Controls located in Chennai. The Turn mill machine operator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with operating machinery, quality control, and utilizing hand tools.

**Qualifications**:
Required Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience

Machine Operation and Machinery skills

Quality Control skills

Communication skills

MS Office knowledge

Experience with Hand Tools

Ability to follow technical drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role

Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

Knowledge in tool offset & work offset
Drawing Study & tools selection
Knowledge in setting & programming for ( CNC turn mill ) ( Fanuc controller and editing knowledge )
Knowledge in self-inspection & instruments and gauges handling

Knowledge in Fixture and Special tool

Cam Programming Optional : ( Cam Esprit for Turn mill )

Turning with VMC Machine Operator ( Optional )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
