The core Function of this role and Responsibilities includes - Follow-up of the Pending DC at
Branch & client level, Claim Process
- Prepare claimant form and upload scan documents on
SFTP of insurer and intimate to insurance company with MIS, resolve all the queries raise
JOB PURPOSE by insurance company, Resolve grievances of Branch as well as clients. Prepare report and update Daily Productivities.
S. NO. MAIN TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLILITIES
1 Screening of death Documents which has received from Branch and update the same on
Software.
2 Fill-up Claimant form Digitally and other necessary work relating to claim and Process claim to insurance company of our death member.
3 Resolve Death Claim related queries of Client, BH, CGRM.
4 Respond to inquiries and resolve pertaining to specific claim issues.
5 Resolve and reply to Insurance Company in case of any claim queries.
6 Daily checking of reports whether there is any discrepancies/issues related to IT.
7 Updating list of Pending DC and share with Branch/state as fallow-UP. Prepare Report of newly reported Death cases and daily received Death Certificate.
8 Maintain working relationship with all the SO-Coordinator and BH for smooth flow of DC related document.
9 Maintain record of death claim settlement and other records.
**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
