**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of UPVC window components and finished products.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse layout to facilitate the movement of materials and products.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying contents, preparing shipping documents, and scheduling transportation..
- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and warehouse activities.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates, to monitor warehouse performance.

**Requirements**:

- High school OR Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the UPVC window industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management principles, and shipping/receiving procedures.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of warehouse staff.

**Experience**: 2-5 years

**Location**: Coimbatore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
