**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Executive located in Ulhasnagar. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing travel bookings, and ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor International and Domestic bookings and ensure all reservations are processed efficiently.
- Update CRM with booking status, client interactions, and necessary follow-ups. Ensure financial transactions, including payments and receipts, are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with vendors and travel partners for seamless execution of services.
- Submit an end-of-day report highlighting completed tasks, pending actions, and operational challenges.
- Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Experience in operations and travel industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
