Inventory Executive

Experience - 3+ years

Job Location - Ambernath

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the physical loading, unloading, storage, identification and preservation of the stores
- Periodic physical stock verification of the stores from time to time and monthly / annual stock verification
- Liaison with the purchase for low stock and over stocked items and follow up for the same
- GRN preparation on daily basis and arrange for storage in designated areas
- Procure, store, and issue supplies in a supply operation
- Timely issuing of consumables for machining and fabrication
- Preparation of documents required for materials dispatched for repair / replacement
- Follow up of goods sent to vendors for repair / replacement
- Regularly process and maintain inventory records in SAP
- Ensure safe keeping of the quantity and quality of materials
- Scrap disposal, e-waste and hazardous waste regulations where relevant
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively

**Requirements**:

- Relevant educational qualification
- Thorough knowledge of inventory procedures
- Knowledge of various electrical and mechanical components
- Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP software
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skill
- Good multitasking and organisational skill
- A team player with high level of dedication

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
