**Documentation and Case Management**:
- Keep clients updated on the progress of their cases, informing them of any changes, delays, or requirements.
- Ensure that client records are maintained accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues or delays, ensuring clients are informed at all stages of the process.
**Service Improvement and Feedback**:
- Collect and document client feedback to identify areas of improvement in the service experience.
- Participate in training and development activities to stay up-to-date with immigration laws, regulations, and client service best practices.
- Suggest improvements to customer service processes based on client feedback and observations.
**Conflict Resolution**:
- Handle escalated client issues, addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Provide clients with alternative solutions when necessary and ensure that complaints are managed effectively.
**Reporting and Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including communication logs and case progress.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and service metrics for management review.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing client communications, reports, and other documentation related to immigration services.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
