**Job Summary**: As a trainee you will support the preparation of a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about baking and eager to learn from experienced chefs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and baking of various products such as breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes under the guidance of experienced chefs and assist in creating new recipes.
- Ensure the workspace is kept clean and organized.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining high-quality standards for all baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Help check the freshness and quality of ingredients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a diploma or degree or equivalent in Baking, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Some prior experience in a professional kitchen or bakery environment is desirable, but not mandatory.

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods, lift food items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
