- Executing all tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Operations Lead diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
- Work knowledge/ Expertise in Invoice Processing/Payments/Reconciliation/Tax
- Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Participating in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestions for improvement.
- Answering or escalating concerns and queries from clients or other stakeholders.
- Completing a range of administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing the company.
- Expanding your skills by attending workshops and training sessions.
- Effectively managing your time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
- Assisting the Operations Lead or Team Leader as required.
- Consitently Meet and Exceed the Productivity and Quality Parameters
- Adherance to documentation and regularly updating it when changed
- Demonstrate Excellent Key board Skills 65-70 WPM with 99-100% accuracy
- On time escalation and transperancy
- SAP Working Knowledge an Advantage
- MS Office Knowledge essential
- Continous Improvement mind set
- Analytical and Critical Thinking
- Flexibility in work timings
- Global working knowledge essential
- Develop skills of Subject Matter Expert

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream (Commerce would be preferred)

**Experience**:

- 0 to 5 Years of relevent experience
