Job Title: Lab Technician - Molecular Biology

Location: Suburban Diagnostics, Vidya Vihar West, Mumbai

Reports to: Senior Scientist/Molecular Biology Section Head

Job Summary:
Perform molecular biology techniques for diagnostic testing, research, and development, ensuring compliance with NABL guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical

1. Conduct molecular biology tests (PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, DNA sequencing, etc.)

2. Perform nucleic acid extraction, amplification, and detection

3. Maintain and operate molecular biology equipment (thermal cyclers, gene amplifiers, etc.)

4. Analyze and interpret test results accurately

Quality Control

1. Adhere to NABL guidelines and ISO 15189 standards

2. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities

3. Maintain accurate records of tests, results, and quality control data

Safety and Biosecurity

1. Follow biosafety guidelines and protocols

2. Handle biohazardous materials and chemicals safely

Documentation and Communication

1. Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation

2. Communicate test results to healthcare professionals and patients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
