Role & responsibilities

Conduct individualized counselling sessions with students to understand their educational goals, preferences, and requirements for studying abroad

Offer accurate and up-to-date information on international universities, study programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and visa procedures

Assist students in developing personalized study plans, considering factors such as academic qualifications, budget, preferred location, and career prospects.

Stay well-informed about various universities, study programs, and admission requirements through research and networking with partner institutions.

Foster strong relationships with partner universities, attending information sessions, and maintaining regular communication to stay updated on their offerings and admissions criteria.

Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in immigration policies, and study abroad regulations to provide accurate and timely information to students

Maintain accurate and organized student records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our mentoring team. To be a successful mentor, you should be able to support and educate the study abroad aspirants through a well-prepared counseling program.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counselling, International Relations, etc.).
- Proven experience in study abroad counselling, international student services, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of international education systems, universities, study programs, and admission processes.
- Familiarity with visa procedures, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using educational counseling software and online resources.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with students.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
