**Role & responsibilities**

**Student Guidance**:Assist students in identifying their educational goals, interests, and strengths, and recommend suitable universities and programs that align with their aspirations.

**Calling Leads**: Initiate and respond to calls from potential students, addressing their inquiries about abroad education, admission processes, and program details. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to establish rapport and build trust.

**Maintain Knowledge**:Stay updated on the latest trends, policies, and developments in the abroad education system, ensuring accurate and relevant guidance to students.

**Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with educational institutions, admissions officers, and relevant stakeholders to enhance collaboration and provide accurate information to students.

**Continuous Learning**: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge of abroad higher education trends and counseling techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data entry.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
