**Job Title: Sales Regional Manager (MT & HORECA)**
**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities within your designated region, ensuring that corporate sales targets are met and exceeded. You will lead a team of sales professionals, provide guidance and support, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Knowledge of HORECA, Modern Trade, General Trade, Regional Sales, and Catalogue Sales. S**ales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional corporate sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
2. **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and collective targets. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
3. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients in the region. Understand their business requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Proactively prospect potential clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
5. **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, sales conversion rates, and market share. Take corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
6. **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
7. **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support sales activities and maximize ROI.
8. **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry, Healthcare, pharmaceutical.**
**- Knowledge of HORECA, Modern Trade, General Trade, Regional Sales, and Catalogue Sales.**
