**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated production staff to ensure the highest quality baked goods are consistently produced.
- Oversee daily operations, including ingredient preparation, baking, and packaging, while maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with management to optimize production processes, enhance product quality, and meet production targets efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with storekeeper to ensure a steady flow of ingredients & products.
- Uphold a positive and motivational work environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, and professional growth.
