
Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, understand their IT needs, and pitch appropriate hardware, software, and services.
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product demos, service explanations, and implementation planning.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT hardware/software sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., laptops, servers, firewalls, Microsoft 365, cloud, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,757.45 - ₹40,000.00 per month
