Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including import, export, domestic and international shipments, while maintaining continuous communication with suppliers and ensuring efficient supply chain management.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing shipping companies with their import, export, and domestic distribution processes.

**Responsibilities and authorities**:

- Operation, coordination, and tracking of shipments from the moment of order issuance until the product arrives at the company, including import, export, and international shipments.
- Continuous interaction with shipping companies, receiving price quotes, negotiating best prices, and invoice approval.
- Responsible for overseeing import and export processes, including handling import licenses, compliance, and import permits with the government ministries and agencies.

**Skills, education, training, or experience required**:

- Education: bachelor’s degree required (advantage for graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering and Management).
- Experience in shipment operations in global companies or shipping companies - an advantage.
- knowledge and understanding of the tax regulations and practices in Croatia.
- Understanding, knowledge, and experience in working with INCOTERMS - an advantage.
- High-level proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a basic level is required.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills, reliability, assertiveness, initiative, creativity, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, high service orientation, teamwork, and managerial skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
