**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Certified Montessori TEACHING Training
- [3 years] of experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR (proffered)
