Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher / Mother Teacher

Location: Barasat

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Age Limit: Up to 30–35 years

About the Role:

We are looking for warm, caring, and creative Pre-Primary / Mother Teachers to nurture and educate young children in foundational classes. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching instincts, patience, and the ability to handle early learners with sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and guide children in the pre-primary section using interactive and activity-based learning methods.
  • Ensure the emotional, social, and cognitive development of young learners.
  • Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Prepare teaching aids, lesson plans, and learning materials.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress.
  • Participate in school activities, events, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Montessori / TTC / D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a similar level (Pre-Primary / Nursery / KG).
  • Excellent communication and child-handling skills.
  • Age limit: 30–35 years.
