**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and brand mentions
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports to optimize future campaigns
- Assist in running paid ad campaigns and boosting posts when needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills (using apps like InShot, CapCut, or Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing concepts
- Smartly Handle

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s and Master degree preferred
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas

**Experience**:

- 1 year (preferred)
